10 Days in Morocco

Following the breakfast will start our 10 Days in Morocco Tour on the way to Chefchaouen through the scenic beauty of the Rif Mountains arrive to the blue city around noon then start our outing by visiting the Kasbah Museum in the heart of the medina. It is a reinstated walled castle, that now contains an amazing garden. Beside it is a small Ethnographic Museum with some appealing sights of old Chefchaouen, including the plaza and the kasbah. Today, we leave chefchaouen through the Rif mountains to the city of Rabat one of the imperial cities in Morocco, and the Morocco’s today capital. In Rabat, we are going to visit a series of landmarks as Hassan Tower Mohammed V Mausoleum and Kasbah of Oudia. Later on, continue our journey to Casablanca to visiting Hassan ll Mosque which is the largest mosque in Morocco, the second-largest in Africa and the 5th largest in the world. Today we will be transported through the vast and breathtaking Moroccan landscape, peppered with a few scattered villages along the Atlantic Ocean as Aljadida, Oualidia and Safi. Arrive in the late afternoon to Essaouira.

Today, we will start our outing with visit the fishing port of Essaouira and watch the blue boats. After that visit Skala Kasbah, which was a citadel in the times of war. Thereafter, explore some of the beautiful Essaouira art galleries scattered in the Medina. as well as strolling in the Medina of Essaouira, which can be explored at ease. Also wander on the ramparts with cannons on the seaside.

Have a seafood for lunch in the harbor stalls. Following lunch, we will drive to Marrakech across the stunning landscapes of Haouz plains, along the way you might spot some goats climbing the argan trees. sometimes there are as many as 20 goats sitting up in one tree. In addition, along the way we will stop off at one of the cooperative where argan oil is produced.

The oil is extracted from the kernels of the argan tree and is a delicious accompaniment to a Moroccan bread meal. The oil is also used as a beauty product for skin and hair treatment. overnight stay in riad.

Today, we will start exploring the city of Marrakech with a local guide. The city is considered one of the four imperial cities in Morocco. Firstly, we will visit the Majorelle Garden then the Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, the Ben Youssef Quranic Mosque, and stroll in the traditional souk in the old town of Marrakech. Free time for lunch near the Jemaa El-Fna square. Later on, you visit Koutobia mosque the largest in Marrakesh. Afternoon free time to walk around Jemaa El-Fna square on your own.

around 8:00 we will start the 6th day of our Morocco 10 Day Tour on the way to dades valley, through the magnific high Atlas Mountains and pass of Tizi N-tichka (2260m), after an impressive landscape in the middle of this mountains, chain to Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou a UNESCO world heritage site. here where many famous movies have been shot such as: prince of Persia, Gladiator, Babel…etc.

We stop in Ouarzazate”” The Hollywood of Africa” where there are many studios and Kasbahs, many films have been filmed here as well. for lunch, before continue to Skoura to visit the Amredhyle kasbah, then to kalaa m’gouna, famous for rose fields and rose products, in addition it knows for its annual festival during the rose harvest in May.

Then go on to Dades valley where you will enjoy seeing the beautiful rocks formation called” the monkey fingers”. check into your accommodation in the middle of Dades Gorges. 

After breakfast, we start our day with a drive towards the Todra Gorges where many of rock climbers come to enjoy their preferred sport. later we continue our journey, following the ancient Bedouin trading routes parallel with the Middle Atlas, passing a series of the fortified villages with outstanding pre-Saharan architecture. The route to Erfoud is one of the most pleasing of all the Southern routes.

The town is in a dry red built of desert and was built by the French as a central administration town. It is known for its rich black fossils. We head down to the spectacular Merzouga dunes where sand dunes signify the start of the mighty Sahara Desert. We take a camel ride into the desert to enjoy sunset before back to our camp.

To seal this as an experience of a life time why not surf the Sahara Desert and try sand Dunes Boarding. After dinner we gather round the fire and enjoy the desert high perhaps with traditional Berber music.

During, the day eight of 10 days in Morocco, we decide to explore the Sahara Desert area. Firstly, get up early to see the sunrise, over the sand dune nearby your camp. after breakfast and shower, you explore the Majestic Merzouga sand dunes will start with visit an oasis near dunes. continue to enjoy a cup of tea with the nomad family, thereafter we’ll stop by Mefiss, its de place where a lot of kohl and minerals were found and exported to France.

Later on, we head off towards khamlia village, via the wonderful panoramic view of the Erg Chebbi. visit the Gnawa House, it’s an ethnic group best known for their music, which is rich repertoire of ancient African-Islamic spiritual songs. After lunch, we’ll complete the tour, visiting one fantastic Lake or called Tifart.

On the route you might meet some desert animals such as sand Foxe Goats, etc. from here, you have choice the spend the night in hotel in the village or back to the camp for second night.

In early morning you will enjoy a magical sunrise in the dunes, after breakfast and shower we leave to Fes via Erfoud, ziz valley and Middle Atlas to join Midelt where we have time for lunch. Later, continue toward Azrou cedar forest you have the possibility to see some apes, then we will drive to Fes and drop off in your hotel.

Today, depending on your departure time, we will transfer you to the airport for your departure flight.
